Shipping & Returns

All payments received by 3 PM PST are normally ship out the same day. We will use either USPS Priority or UPS ground to ship out the product. It normally takes 2-3 business day for the product to arrive. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We do not accept returns. We will exchange any unit that is defective on arrival (DOA) within 5 business days. In order to exchange a unit, you would need to email us the receiver model and serial number then we will send you an RMA# and return address.
